More than 530 people attended the "The Big Gig: Midnight at the Oasis" and raised a record $464,000 for Edward Hospital, which has facilities in Naperville and Plainfield.

The 20th annual fundraising gala was held Oct. 16 at Bobak's Signature Events in Woodridge.  The event is the largest fundraiser of the year for the Edward Foundation, which has raised nearly $24 million since 1990 to benefit Edward departments and programs.
