Heritage Woods of Plainfield recently opened to residents on December 1, 2011. The community houses 108 apartments and has been certified to operate through the Illinois Supportive Living program, serving adults 65 and older, of all incomes, including those on Medicaid. The facility combines apartment living with the availability of supportive services.
Services and amenities include personal assistance with medication monitoring/reminders, hygiene management, activities of daily living, three meals prepared onsite and served restaurant-style in a dining room setting, housekeeping and laundry services, and a full calendar of social activities. Individuals can enjoy the companionship of friends and neighbors within a beautiful new community.
