Lenore Cross Morris, 72, mother of a Plainfield resident, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2012.

She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, who will be greatly missed by all the family. Family and friends have felt blessed to have had the opportunity to have known such a strong and beautiful woman.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Stephen Morris; sons, Stephen J. Morris and wife, Mary, of New Lenox, IL, Leonard M. Morris and wife, Janet, of Aurora, IL, Mark C. Morris and wife, Kim, of Glenwood, IL, Patrick J. Morris and wife, Michele, of Plainfield, IL, and Paul E. Morris, of Schererville, IN; daughter, Wendy E. Guzorek and husband, Steve, of Kinston, NC; grandchildren, Anna and Alex, of New Lenox, IL, Colin, Benjamin, Austin and Patrick II, of Plainfield, IL, Taylor, of Schererville, IN, Emilyne and Steven, of Kinston, NC, and Samantha and Christina, of Glenwood, IL; and sisters, Diana Bohentin, of Lockport, IL and Nancy Schaller, of New Lenox, IL.
