Local residents will be able to catch an encore re-enactment of the Plainfield Historical Society's annual cemetery walk at 7 p.m. Oct. 25 at the Plainfield Township building.

Refreshments will be served at the free event.

The cemetery walk will include short, dramatic narratives that were performed at the character's actual gravesites during the first walk.

The event will include the re-enactment of an ill-fated incident at a Plainfield plumbing shop in 1921, as well as the story of a jilted Plainfield girl who wanted to elude spinsterhood in the early 1900s.
