Bryan E. Woldman, 35, of the 7000 block of Clearwater Drive, allegedly engaged in illicit conversations with a 12-year-old girl via Facebook, cell phone, text and Skype, according to police.
Naperville Police High Technology Crimes Unit began an investigation Dec. 21 after the girl's mother discovered her daughter was allegedly in communication with Woldman, police said.
Over the course of several weeks, Woldman "exchanged sexually explicit text messages with what he thought was the 12-year-old female," according to a police release.
Police said Woldman then traveled from his home in unincorporated Plainfield to AMC Naperville 16 Showplace Theaters in south Naperville to meet with the girl for sex on Friday, Feb. 8 around 7:47 p.m.
Once Woldman arrived to the theater, he was taken into custody by Naperville police detectives and charged with indecent solicitation of a minor, traveling to meet a minor for a sexual encounter and grooming, according to police reports.
He was transferred to Will County jail and his bond was set at $1 million.
Police said if anyone has information regarding similar activities involving Woldman, contact the Naperville Police Department High Technology Crimes Unit.

Thank God this girl had parents who kept an eye on her activities. This could have ended so badly.
Hopefully he'll get what he deserves.

If that is true then she should stay...and someone should take their kid away. Anyone who thinks what he "allegedly" did is OK has no business being a parent. And if she knew what he was up to she should join him in jail.

I live in the same subdivision as this man and I sure hope that anyone that has any more information regarding him and any other similar activities report it to the Naperville Police Department. I knew he had worked at Xsport but never knew he was fired from their-- just asssumed got back into Real Estate. If what you are saying is true about him being fired for soliciting a teen I hope that is reported to the Naperville Police as well. I want this sick bastard to go to JAIL for a long time. What 35 year old man would ever want to touch a 12 year old?! I hope that he gets put away for a very long time & I feel so sorry for his 9 month old daughter because she had no choice in the matter of him becoming her Father and she will suffer growing up as a result...
