I'd like to see the Mayor be required to vote everytime something is before the board rather than just a tiebreaker.

If you read this, would you like to see the Mayor of Plainfield vote on all the issues?

Does anyone know how to maybe put this on the ballot for the residents to vote on? How do we get the Mayor to vote? Ordinance change? Referendum vote by residents? The Mayor got a raise awhile back, he should have to show his positions on the issues, not just the trustees.
