Another driver without insurance, which costs us all higher premiums! When will our legislators stop the carnage associated with these drivers? We are a state which requires vehicle insurance - what has gone wrong - and how to fix it?

Maybe we should DEMAND that the courts start enforcing the maximum fines on these violators, or possibly selling their vehicles at auction for the second offense? Something has to be done and soon!

I have asked this question many times: How are they able to get license plates for the car if you have to show proof of insurance before the plates are renewed? Right there on the renewal form you have to write in your insurance company, policy # etc. Someone once said that they get insurance for 1 month just to get the plates. If so, shouldn't the insurance company let the State know? How about someone in Springfield doing their job or is that asking too much?

Why are we still wasting taxpayer money by arresting and prosecuting people with less than 10 grams of cannabis? A highway full of people stoned on cannabis is much safer than a highway full of people drunk on alcohol any day. I don't smoke OR drink but this one is a no-brainer.

If everyone can just have a monkey to roll blunts and drive, we wouldn't have to worry about drunk driving. That's of course of the monkey is driving, but I don't think a monkey can go to jail. So its a win win. Case closed.
