The Rotary Club of Plainfield is hosting its second annual Art, Wine, and Jazz Festival on April 13 at Salentino Italian Ristorante located at 15420 S. Route 59 in Plainfield. The event will feature an art auction, wine and appetizers, and live jazz, and doors will open at 6:30.
Tickets for the event are $50 in advance and $55 at the door. Registration is highly recommended as space is limited. Tickets can be purchased online at http://www.rotaryplainfieldil.org/.
Themed “A Toast for Education,” the Rotary Event is a fundraiser to provide college scholarships for graduating seniors of Plainfield area schools. The art auction will showcase a variety of student art as well as works from professional artists. Artists and scholarship recipients represent Plainfield East, North, Central, South, and the Academy. All proceeds from the event will benefit students from these schools who are awarded the Rotary Scholarship.
