 ting experts will discuss basic navigation\, routine operations\, state 
 boating laws and emergency procedures.\nNew boaters will learn much abou
 t how to operate their vessel. &nbsp\;Illinois state law requires this c
 lass for teenagers (under age 18) who wish to operate jet skis or power 
 boats without their parents on board.\nThe one-day class starts at 8:30 
 am and will be over by 5 pm. &nbsp\;The course fee is $40. &nbsp\;Lunch 
 is not included. &nbsp\;This course is at Grand Sport Marine's new locat
 ion along Interstate 80.
