 and bring greater awareness to a disease that affects so many of us and 
 our loved ones &ndash\; breast cancer. You can take an active role in de
 feating breast cancer by volunteering and/or participating in Making Str
 ides Against Breast Cancer\, a non-competitive 5K walk.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nb
 sp\; Upcoming Making Strides walks are scheduled in Palos Heights &amp\;
  Crete in May\; in Bolingbrook &amp\; Kankakee in August\; and in Orland
  Park &amp\; Joliet in October.&nbsp\; Many opportunities are available
