DESCRIPTION:The Experimental Aircraft Association- EAA Chapter 461 is aga
 in  participating in the EAA's Young Eagles program.&nbsp\; This program
   introduces young people\, ages&nbsp\; 8 thru 17\, to general aviation 
 by  providing free airplane rides. Last year Chapter 461 flew over 270 Y
 oung  Eagles. The EAA program has flown over 1.6 million young people wo
 rld  wide since the inception of the program in 1992.&nbsp\; Rides &nbsp
 \;are given the  second Saturday of every month\, April thru October\, 9
  AM - Noon\, weather  permitting\, at Bolingbrook's Clow International A
