How fast can you turn a cup of boiling water into a mini-neighborhood snowstorm?
Faster than I can type this next sentence, trust me.
I boiled a cup of water—being the mad scientist that am I—and stepped outside on Monday afternoon into the Frozen Tundra that has taken up residence in the Chicago metro area. Then, I threw the water into air chilled by Mother Nature to minus-13 degrees and watched with child-like wonderment to see what would happen next.
Cue up the vocals: And hum a few bars yourself, "Let it snow, let it snow ..."
