Free Cookies at Jersey Mike's During Veterans Day Weekend

During a Veterans Day weekend promotion (Nov. 9-11), the folks at Jersey Mike's Subs will present a free David's Cookie to customers who donate to the Wreaths Across America initiative.

"It's a way for us here to give back to the people out there who take care off all of us," said Rob Mittman, marketing director for Jersey Mike's Subs in the Chicago suburbs.

He said Jersey Mike's Subs local stores will be participating in the Veterans Day weekend promotion. And he said he is proud to play small part in the big effort to raise funds for Wreath Across America, a non-profit organization that lays hundreds of thousands of remembrance wreaths at the headstones of the nation's veteran's during the holiday season.

"It makes you feel good," Mittman said. "Jersey Mike's Subs has been a strong supporter of Wreatsh Across America for four years now."
