A 16-year-old from Joliet is charged with obscenity and disorderly conduct after allegedly posting a naked photo of his 15-year-old girlfriend on Instagram, police said. A 49-year-old Homewood-Flossmoor High School teacher was found dead in the bath Tuesday with "signs of trauma to his right wrist," according to police reports.
