Workforce Center Stops at Plainfield Library; Jungle Safari Night at Ottawa Street Pool

Provided the rain holds off, the Plainfield Park District's Ottawa Street Pool will host its family theme night from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.

This week's theme is "Jungle Safari Night." Families are invited to enjoy a night of fun and excitement related to the theme, including special activities and games.

Also on Wednesday, Workforce Services Division of Will County will bring its Mobile Workforce Center to the Plainfield Public Library's Route 59 parking lot from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The workforce center will offer help for people looking for a job. The services are free and open to all adults; registration is not requited.
