Community Corner

Celebrate Christmas with COMMUNITY

Community Christian Church offers plenty of ways for Plainfield families to celebrate Christmas together throughout the season.

On December 8 and 15, families are invited to have free family portraits taken by local photographers before and after each Celebration Service; services take place at 8:50, 10:10 and 11:30AM at Community Christian Church.  Each family will receive an email with a digital file of their portrait.

On December 15 and 22, the angelic voices of Kids’ City will perform during all three Celebration Services.

During COMMUNITY’s December 22 Celebration Services, COMMUNITY’s own outstanding artists will perform Trans-Siberian Orchestra Christmas favorites, like O Holy Night and Carol of the Bells - Christmas Eve In Sarajevo, all during its three regularly scheduled Celebration Services.

Christmas Eve candlelight services take place at 4PM and 5:30PM on Tuesday, December 24.  The entire community is invited to partake in this intimate family experience (please note that there will be no Kids’ City during these services).
