Part-time nanny needed

We are looking for someone to take care of our kids a few days a week and when I travel for my job. Hours are part-time with a guarantee of 15 hours a week but are more on the weeks I travel for my job. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 2:30 to 5:30. When I travel, I would need someone to come in the mornings at 6 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. to get my kids off to school. Then, pick them up at 2:30 p.m. and stay until 6 p.m. My travel is sometimes bi-weekly for a couple of days to a week at a time. I want someone that will come to my house so no day area please.

 Pay is $12 per hour. My kids are 7 and 9-1/2 (boy 7, girl 9-1/2). My kids are very creative and are involved in music and art as well as sports. If the engagement works out, this would work into a full-time nanny job for the summer and weeks the kids are off school.
