Rover Rescue Dog of the Week

I have been trying to tell everyone that I am an Egyptian Goddess. No one would believe me, especially since I was just a stray dog in Southern Indiana.  When Rover Rescue first saved me, I was far from deity material.  I was very thin and covered in ticks. But now… Boy! Do I live up to my title!   My name is ISIS, as in the Goddess of Love in ancient mythology.  I am a divine 3 year old Border Collie/Husky mix.   Some people think that I have Australian Shepherd in the blend also.  All I know is that I am celestial and beautiful!  I have the most gorgeous coat of brown, black and white and you have to check out my eyes!  I have the best eyebrows, definitely model material.  Living up to the name, Goddess of Love, I am quite the snuggler and cuddler!  I am very submissive with my people, children and adults alike.  But I do feel empowered over those smaller creatures, especially those pesky cats.   Some would say I have a high prey drive, but then again, I do think highly of myself!  I have made great strides while being in my foster home.  I am mastering my leash skills and building my confidence daily.  I love to ride in the chariot of 4 wheels!  I sit very nicely in the front seat, watching the world around me.  I have been told that I am extremely intelligent.  I will need a family that is willing to work with me and give me daily exercise.  A fenced yard is strongly suggested for me.  I know to do my business outside, but I am not fond of my crate.  It is hard to put a spirit as vast as mine in a confined space.  If you would like to walk like an Egyptian (ay oh whay oh), why not make it with an Egyptian Goddess, like me.  Please call Teri at 630-897-7454. http://youtu.be/wV2ZdeFNVWg
