Rt 55 / Rt30 Ramp work

Contract 60W13 -that's the ramp work project going to and from Rt 55 and to and from Rt 30 was planned to go to Bid on Feb 28 but was pulled from the letting. It will most likely delay construction start up another month or more. You can't finish without a start.
