Calling All Car Nuts: Cruise Night Resumes This Evening
Don't forget that the event requires that Lockport and Des Plaines streets in downtown Plainfield are shut from 5 to 9 p.m. every Tuesday for the weekly event.
If the weather wasn't your first clue that summer has arrived, then may this will be: Plainfield Cruise Nights resume Tuesday night.
Sponsored by MainStreet Plainfield, Cruise Nights bring antique, classic and vintage vehicles to downtown from 5 to 9 p.m. every Tuesday night.
Don't forget, however, that the event requires that Lockport Street between Route 59 and Route 126 and Des Plaines Street between Chicago Street and the alley south of the Plainfield Fire District Station be closed in order to accommodate the cars and patrons.
