The fifth Homewood Cash Mob will take place on Saturday, September29th. Our venues will be announced on Friday. This will be an ALL-DAY event; shop any time during the venue's business hours, then gather for the aftermob at 7 pm. We'll have a sign-up sheet at each venue -- please sign in so we can track participation.

Planning on coming to the Cash Mob? Let us know by signing up at http://www.facebook.com/events/344578665634459/. Invite your friends, neighbors, family...help us spread the word!

(P.S. Location is NOT the Village Hall -- Patch won't let you enter To Be Announced as a location.)

We'll be running the Cash Mob raffle again -- anyone who posts/sends us photo(s) of their purchase(s) gets entered. See our Facebook page for details (and scroll down to see photos of previous Cash Mob finds!): http://www.facebook.com/homewoodcashmob

This is such a great idea, especially the option to shop all day. Is there a list available of all the businesses who are in the running? Is it only certain businesses, or every single business in Homewood?

Thanks Susan! Here's the original list of businesses that were nominated this spring: http://www.facebook.com/notes/homewood-cash-mob/nominations-for-homewood-cash-mob/265299930221714. We look to mob businesses that are local, independently owned, and have a track record of supporting the community.
