Fans Flock To See Channing Tatum, Mila Kunis

The stars thrilled onlookers outside of District 202's Aux Sable Middle School, and were set to film at a farm in Minooka on Monday afternoon.

Hundreds of fans gathered outside District 202's Aux Sable Middle School Monday morning hoping for a glimpse of actors Channing Tatum and Mila Kunis.

The stars, who are in Chicagoland filming the sci-fi thriller "Jupiter Ascending," didn't disappoint, appearing briefly outside the school.

  • District 202 rep Tom Hernandez said the campus is being used for storage and lunch for the crew.

    Filming was reportedly scheduled to happen Monday at a farm on Van Dyke Road in Minooka. Plainfield Patch reader and blogger Julie Barnes Ferenzi reported that security wasn't allowing fans to linger outside the location, but she did share a photo of the spooky-looking, run-down farmhouse on Plainfield Patch's Facebook page.

    The website On Location Vacations reported that the sci-fi flick has been filming in Chicago since early July; Mila Kunis and boyfriend Ashton Kutcher were also spotted catching Robin Thicke's performance at the Taste of Chicago, according to the Huffington Post.

    According to IMDB.com, "Jupiter Ascending," scheduled for a 2014 release, also stars "Lord of the Rings" actor Sean Bean.
