Free Tax Assistance for Qualifying Households in Plainfield
Services are offered Saturdays at State Rep. Tom Cross' Plainfield office.
Plainfield-area residents can take advantage of a program that offers free tax preparation to qualifying households now through April.
The Tax Assistance Program (TAP) provides free tax return prepartion to individuals who earn up to $20,000 per year and householdsl with total incomeof up to $45,000.
In Plainfield, TAP is offered at State Rep. Tom Cross' office, 24047 W. Lockport St., on Saturdays in February, March and April.
