Plainfield Church, Library, Village Partner for 'The Big Serve'

Community Christian Church, the Village of Plainfield and Plainfield Public Library are joining with other area organizations for a two-day event dedicated to helping neighbors in need.
The Big Serve, set for 1 to 4 p.m. May 17 and 18, offers projects for all skill levels and ages. Volunteer opportunities include efforts to help Green Harvest Food Pantry, Creekside Cares, New Life for Old Bags, Ready Set Ride and more.
