Wine & Cheese by TCC will offer tasting, info on cheeses
Learning more about a variety of cheeses during an event at the Plainfield Public Library.
The library will host "Cheese, Please," at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29. From the library website:
Wine & Cheese by TCC experts share all you need to know about cheese. A variety of tastings, the history of cheese by region and milk types will make you a cheese connoisseur.
