Tanya Winfield, 41, is one of 15 contestants facing off this season as they get fit and lose weight. She'll compete against the show's first celebrity contestant, "American Idol" runner-up Ruben Studdard.
Winfield is a mother of three and COO of a Chicagoland fast-food franchise.
The show airs Tuesdays at 7 p.m. Central starting Oct. 15.
