Coming Sunday: The Patch Comic Strip!

There's a new feature coming to Plainfield Patch on Sunday.

Charley Krebs, a newspaper cartoonist for more than 30 years, is bringing his work to Patch with a light-hearted strip that takes a look at life and issues affecting Chicago's suburbs.

Charley's won multiple awards from the Illinois Press Association and Suburban Newspapers of America since beginning his career with Suburban Life Newspapers. His work has appeared in a variety of print and online publications and has been exhibited at venues in several western suburbs.

Here's a sample, published on a cold March day as we awaited opening day for the Chicago Cubs and White Sox.
