The Plainfield Park District will host a "Christmas in July" Family Theme Night event at the , 23820 W. Ottawa St., from 7 to 8:30 p.m. July 13.
The event is free for season pass holders. Residents without a season pass will pay $3 and nonresidents, $6.
Later that night, "Elf" (rated PG) will be the Flick-N-Float movie, in conjunction with “Christmas in July.” The movie will start at 8:30 p.m. The event is free for season pass holders and $3 per person for non-season pass holders. Guests must supply their own tubes.
