Free Comedy Night Open to All at Crosswinds Church

Crosswinds Church will host a free Comedy Night at 7 p.m. June 25 that's open to the public.

The featured comedian is David Dean, who got his start at the Second City School of Improv and has been performing across the country for the last 19 years as both a comedian and featured speaker at events like Promise Keepers.

The event will also include drawings for several door prizes. To win, you must be present during the drawing.

Complimentary popcorn and drinks will be served.

“People everywhere are trying to cut back on expenses, so we wanted to provide a fun evening for families that would cost them absolutely nothing," Pastor Ken Schultz said. "We are having a variety of events all week to show the community of Plainfield that we care and want to do something special for them.”

Seating will be limited to 200 so people are encouraged to come early.
