Plainfield Schools Host College Financial Aid Night for Juniors, Seniors

The event is Oct. 9 at Plainfield North.

All District 202 high school juniors and seniors and their families are invited and encouraged to attend a special program addressing options for paying for college. 

This special program will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, at Plainfield North High School, 12005 S. 248th St. The event is free and registration is not required. 

Marty Rossman, director of financial aid at North Central College, will share information about the different kinds of financial aid available, important dates and deadlines, and the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) process.

Jerry Trujillo from the Illinois Student Assistance Commission will share similar information in Spanish as well.
