Peter Rubi produce store, 15412 S. Route 59, will offer a one-hour "Picking Produce 101" drop-in workshop starting at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21.
"Learn tricks of the trade from owner Brandon Graves, including how to pick ripe produce, how to ripen produce at home and all the best ways to keep produce fresh," the business said on its Facebook page.
