Plainfield Likes Scary Movies, but Joliet Does More

A new survey takes a look at how likely people in the Chicago and suburban areas are to rent a horror flick. Take our poll at the end of the story.

Joliet residents are far more you're far likely to rent a scary movie than someone who live in Plainfield, according to an interactive survey produced by Crain's Chicago Business.

Then again, Plainfield residents have a higher rate of renting horror flick than folks who live in Frankfort so it's all relative, survey results show.

Crain's based the results on the number of rentals people made in September and compared them to national statistics. Areas are divided by Zip codes.
