For sporting goods, like most things we shop for, other than groceries, we head to Naperville or Oswego. Since Plainfield can't figure out how to bring in a Sports Authority, Dick's Sporting Goods, MC Sports, etc. We spend our money elsewhere. Eich's selection is limited at best and the quality of sporting goods at Walmart, Target and Meijer is below average. Maybe we will get a sporting goods store in Plainfield when we get a Best Buy, Portillo's, a legitimate park district, or a golf course.
