In related news, Ardmin has its own financial problems and has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, according to an article in Crain's Chicago Business.

The company lists assets of $100,000 to $500,000 and liabilities of $10 million to $50 million, according to documents files in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in November, the publication said.
