Tommy Nevin's Pub has settled a $5.5 million foreclosure suit filed against its Evanston and Naperville locations, according to Crain's Chicago Business.

The chain's Plainfield location, Nevin's Brewing Company, 12337 S. Route 59, was not part of the foreclosure suit.
An ownership group refinanced the Evanston and Naperville pubs with four loans totaling $5.5 million, two of which are secured by the pub's 7,800-square-foot location at 1450 Sherman Ave. in Evanston, Crain's reports.
