Readers voted by leaving reviews for their favorite restaurant; voting ended at noon Friday, June 1. Here's what Doggie Diner fans had to say:

  • M. Pernai: We love, love Doggie Diner!! My kids love the hot dogs and I love the daily specials they offer. They are friendly and I've used my my debit card everytime and not been charged any extra fee. They even deliver!!!
  • Mike: My family likes the food here so much, we wish they opened up more locations in town, such as taking over the former Daddy-O's space downtown. Very good Chicago style food, tasty fries, decent prices, and good service keep us coming back.
  • Steve McDaniel: Best Hotdogs in Town. Only $1.25 on Sundays. Very good food and a Great Price. Always fast service too ... I highly recommend giving Doggie Diner a try.
