CPA MBA Solutions, Inc. is predominantly focused on providing tax, accounting and consulting services to entrepreneurial ventures, small businesses, and midsize enterprises in the Chicago metropolitan area.
Our team serves well beyond the scope of traditional accounting firms, by providing additional financial and business management services that are critical for the financial well-being of the client, at both entity and individual level.
Our services include a full array of business solutions including, CFO/Controller services to either meet interim needs or on an ongoing consultative/outsourced basis, financial marketing strategies for independent and franchised operations, and locating financing to meet short and long term cash-flow needs. We also provide individual taxation, estate, and trust services. As well we delve into forensic accounting matters and resolve a number of criminal and civil IRS issues.
Sanjit B. Shah is the Managing Director. He is a Licensed CPA in the State of Illinois. He earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management’s Executive Program in 2010.
He has over 20 years of business and financial management experience. He has been an owner/operator and a partner in a number of ventures, encompassing a diverse set of industries. Having had such business experience, he is able to add tremendous value to the going concerns of privately held businesses and its owners.
He is actively engaged with the Illinois CPA Society and the Kellogg Alumni Club of Chicago. As well, he has written a number of finance and tax related articles.
