CrossFit Plainfield is a place where you can transform your life.  We offer expertly planned workouts, have watchful coaches to ensure that every movement is done properly, and a top notch program that can’t be beat.  But we also offer a culture of support.  Coming to CrossFit Plainfield is not just about getting fit, losing, weight, or growing stronger.  Our members support one another in every single goal they set, and celebrate every small achievement that is made.  We offer a culture of positive energy, encouragement, and respect, and it’s a big part of why our members who are trying to make a lifestyle change succeed so often.

Our workouts include a warm-up, a mobility exercise that is designed to keep your body limber and pain free, a skill development exercise, and the workout.  We do all of these things in hour long classes offered all day long.  CrossFit is unique in that every movement we teach has the ability to be scaled, or modified.  This means that anyone, regardless of their age, strength, fitness level, or injury can do these workouts.  Our coaches receive rigorous training, and know exactly how to help our members reach their goals no matter what obstacles they are dealing with.

CrossFit Plainfield also offers CrossFit Kids classes three days a week.  These are for children ages 5-12, and it’s amazing to see the strength and self-confidence grow in children so quickly!  We can take most athletes over the age of 12 in our adult classes.  Children and teens who play competitive sports see huge advantages in their skills and agility in a short period of time, and we offer special rates for our younger members.
