Robin Henders and Dan Brown of Five Star Tennis Company opening a new, state of the art indoor tennis center in North Plainfield.

Five Star Tennis Center, due to open in January of 2014, will consist of five indoor hard courts, a customized clubhouse with locker rooms, spacious viewing areas, a full service pro-shop and racket stringing center.  It will be the first indoor facility dedicated to tennis to be built in the Western Suburbs in over 40 years.  "We are excited to offer the families of Plainfield, Naperville, and the surrounding communities a first-class facility that is geared entirely towards the sport of tennis," said owner and Tennis Professional Dan Brown.  "Five Star Tennis Center will truly be a tennis club designed by the tennis community for the tennis community."

"Our on-court programming will be second-to-none and we will bring together some of the top professionals in the area to work as a team," said owner and Junior Director Robin Henders.  "We have always specialized in making all of our members love the sport of tennis, regardless of their level of play. Our programming will include opportunities for players of all ages and abilities."

Adult programming will include lessons, leagues, round robins, and travel teams as well as a variety of social events.  Junior programming will include a comprehensive 10 and under program, as well as a pathway of training from beginner through high performance.
