HR Answers Job Seeker Questions

Nicole Rathbun, Human Resources Manager, Cintas Corporation in Romeoville, and Jeff Franklin, Service Department Manager will help job seekers understand the human resources and hiring manager’s process and perspectives on how to best present themselves at each stage of their job search.

Their answers to these and other job seeker questions will include how to:
-  Survive the initial resume screening process
-  Address employment gaps in their resume
-  Turn being overqualified into an advantage
-  Follow-up and get feedback after an interview

Get your questions answered. We meet Tuesday, November 12, promptly at 6:30 pm in the St. Mary Immaculate Parish Faith Sharing Room at 15629 South Rt. 59 in Plainfield.

After our speaker, you can work one-on-one with our coaches or participate in a Networking Session. Bring copies of your handbill or resume to distribute.

We help job seekers succeed. There is no cost to attend, pre-registration is not required, and everyone is welcome. Dress is casual.
