The Plainfield Area Chamber of Commerce was the site of the recent ribbon cutting for Cindy Chrzanowski, Independent Consultant for Rodan + Fields. A CPA by trade, Cindy has been able to turn her passion for small business into building her own small business and best of all coaching others to do the same. While her business partners come from all walks of life, Cindy is especially focused on the working mom who yearns for more time with her family and the stay at home mom who desires a career of her own that she can work around her family life.
Rodan + Fields allows everyone access to the treatments and advice that the Dr. Katie Rodan and Dr. Kathy Fields give their patients to treat everyday skin concerns from sensitive skin to sun damage and of course the number one issue, fighting the signs of aging. These Doctors have set out to own the anti aging skincare market by providing products that really work without a prescription or a visit to the dermatologist’s office.
Partnering with the Doctors who created Proactiv(R) as they embark on their new journey in skincare and entrepreneurialism especially intrigued Cindy because of its world recognized brand. Rodan + Fields is focused on the ever growing $3.2 billion anti-aging market. In spite of the company’s success in high end department stores, the Doctors decided to pull out from behind the glass counters and in 2008 launched into the Direct Selling channel. In 5 short years, Rodan + Fields has been the recipient of multiple awards from the Direct Selling Association. In 2013, the American Business Awards ‘Gold Stevie Award’ was presented to R+F in the ‘Company of the Year Consumer Products’ category.
