Arsenic and Old Lace

On Friday, November 8, and Saturday, November 9, Minooka Community High School's theatre is presenting their production of Arsenic and Old Lace as their 2013 Fall Play.

Arsenic and Old Lace is a dark humor farce by Joseph Kesselring that was first produced in 1941. The play takes place in 1940's Brooklyn in the home of Abby and Martha Brewster. Mortimer, the nephew of the Brewster sisters, must figure out what to do with his insane, homicidal family, while debating whether or not he can marry the woman he just proposed to.

The show starts at 7 pm both nights, with doors opening 30 minutes prior. Ticket prices have yet to be announced and the show is approximately two hours long. There will be one intermission.
