Civil War Veterans Memorial

On Saturday 9/28 the Plainfield Twp Cemetery will host a memorial in rememberance of the 50 Civil War Veterans buried there. This event is held to recognize the historic efforts of our pioneer citizens. Canon salutes will be in order along with period correct displays. Take a short trip back to the early 1860's and feel the battles these brave souls encountered.
