Annual Town Meeting

ANNUAL TOWN MEETING:  Notice is hereby given to the legal voters, residents of the Township of Plainfield in the County of Will and the State of Illinois, that the Annual Town Meeting of said township will take place on: TUESDAY, APRIL 16, 2013, being the third Tuesday of April, due to the Consolidated Election on April 9th, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. at Plainfield Township Administration Building, 22525 W. Lockport Street, Plainfield, Illinois for the transaction of the miscellaneous business of the said town, and after a Moderator having been elected, will proceed to hear and consider reports of officers and decide on such measures as may, in pursuance of law, come before the meeting and especially to consider and decide the following:  1. Call to order at 6:00 p.m. II. Pledge of Allegiance, III. Reading of the notice, IV. Elect Moderator, V. Approve minutes from April 10, 2012, VI. Treasurers Report, VII. Old business, VIII. New Business, IX. Adjournment
