Von Heidecke's Chicago Festival Ballet Summer Intensive Auditions

Dancers ages 7 years old and up are
invited to audition for the Von Heidecke Chicago Festival Ballet’s 2014 Summer
Intensive. 

Auditions will be held on Sunday, March 23rd at
Von Heidecke Ballet Studios, 1239 S. Naper Blvd., Naperville, Illinois. 

Auditions will take place according to the following
schedule:

• 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.: dancers ages 7 - 10

• 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.: dancers age 11 and up

The audition fee is $20, (credited toward summer tuition when enrolled) and dancers must arrive 30 minutes
prior to their age group’s start time to register. 

Von
Heidecke’s Chicago Festival Ballet’s 8-week
Summer Intensive runs from June 7th
through August 8th, with a break from June 30th through
July 5th.  The Summer
Workshop performance is the culmination of the Summer Intensive. The aim of the workshop
performance is geared toward demonstrating the students’ achievements. The
program displays the various academic levels of all dance forms offered
currently at the school. The Summer Workshop performance will be held on Sunday, August 10th.  Upper level students
will have the opportunity to study with internationally renowned artists Randy
Herrera and Jeffery Hover.  Additionally,
they will be featured in choreographic premieres by these two artists, in
addition to Mr. Von Heidecke’s choreography.
