Aux Sable Middle School is holding a community winter coat drive through Dec. 9.
Aux Sable Middle School is holding a community winter coat drive through Dec. 9.
New and gently used coats, hats, scarves and gloves for men, women, teens and children can be dropped off at the school between 7:30 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. Monday through Friday when school is in session. Aux Sable is at 2001 Wildspring Parkway, Joliet (in the Greywall Club subdivision, off of Caton Farm Road.)
Donations will be distributed to District 202 families through the Creekside Cares backpack food program. Community members can also come to the school directly during school hours to take items as needed.
