Conservation Plainfield Holds Spring Environmental Expo

Conservation Plainfield is hosting a Spring Environmental Expo at the Plainfield Village Hall and Settler's Park.

The annual, free event will offer informative environmental education displays, vendors offering sustainable products and services, and fun games, activities and entertainment. 

The Expo will kick off an initiative to encourage community members to tidy up Plainfield from May 14 through May 21.

Pick up or purchase native plants from the organization's sale on that day and also pick up rain barrels purchased from the village. Empty ink and toner cartridges also will be accepted for recycling.

There will be a raffle and other giveaways as well.
