The next meeting of the Pride of the Prairire Quilters, Plainfield IL will be Thursday, September 20, 2012, 7 p.m. atZion Lutheran Church, 11007 Book Road, Naperville.
Our speaker will be Sandy Klop who will present her Lecture: "The American Jane Story in Fabric" and trunk show. Sandy Klop is the owner and founder of American Jane Patterns. She also designs fabric for Moda. Sandy markets her patterns and kits on her website, http://www.americanjane.com/.
Her quilts have been featured on the covers of several Quilting Magazines and she lectures around the country on the subject, “The American Jane Story in Fabric.” Her vintage fabric features an upbeat color palate, kid friendly themes and a French twist. Sandy’s teaching is student centered drawing the best from each quilter.
