Soles for Souls Shoe Drive

The Source Church (www.sourcechurch.net) is partnering with Soles for Souls, a nonprofit organization specializing in meeting basic needs (like shoes) of people in impoverished nations, to host a shoe drive throughout the Fox Valley area during the month of April. 

You can bring new or gently used shoes to various Starbucks, Caribou Coffee, or Panera locations around Oswego, Aurora and Plainfield and drop them off in the Soles for Souls collection boxes located there.  The boxes are routinely emptied, and at the end of the month all shoes collected will be delivered to the Chicago Soles for Souls distribution center to be shipped overseas to people in need.

No money is necessary, just the shoes that we each most likely have lying around our houses, taking up space and collecting dust.  Please take the time to join in on this great service opportunity!
