Fred Karl Frederiksen, 45, of Raleigh, passed away on January 7, 2014.
He is survived by his wife, Anne Marie Frederiksen; two daughters, Amanda and Macy Frederiksen; his parents, John and Elizabeth Frederiksen; a sister, Kim Neville, and her husband, John; and a niece and nephew, Sara and Conner Neville.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 11am, at Mitchell Funeral Home, 7209 Glenwood Ave., Raleigh, NC. A visitation will be held at Mitchell Funeral Home on Friday, January 10, from 6 to 8pm.
